I binned mine and contacted my local mp expressing my anger.

He is Conservative and actually agreed with me totally and is part of a group of 140 MP's against us staying in the eu.

I was suprised to recieve a reply, let alone find him agreeing with me.

I still wan't OUT and a leaflet or BBC bias will not change my mind.

your having a laff

bbc bias towards whatever government exists and will feed the dim with their daily dose of shit until the country stands up and rebels.

STOP WATCHING MAINSTREAM MEDIA (MSM)

I DONT HEAR ANY OF YOU COMPLAINING TO YOUR LOCAL MPS ABOUT THE BBC!! (funded by the population or you go to jail)

Mainstream media (MSM) is mass media that influences a large number of people and both reflects and shapes prevailing currents of thought. It may be contrasted with alternative media which may contain content more dissenting thought.

I don't just watch mainstream media. I watch a lot of foreign news channels and also read a lot of stuff online so I can get a balanced view of what's going on around the globe.

As for the BBC, I have complained - frequently. I have also cancelled my licence, outlining my reasons for doing so.

when the Scots had their referendum, seemed to me that they were all brainwashed with the media - scaremongers into voting to stay in?

this is the same story, what I'd like to know is How much money is involved for Mr Cameron etc to stay in?

Must be quite a lot -

if any thing should convince you  to vote out its nick cleggs latest out burst i.e with no union no empire we are alone we are isolated and we are powerless ,that coming from an mp about the country that built one of the biggest empires in history led the world in to world wars and many other wars is tantamount to surrender on all fronts and an utter show of disrespect to the british people

i think anyone over the age of 60 should be banned from voting

still think we are an empire and

"rely" on MSM for their news and information ( I know there is the odd exception but just look at Robin and Hugh ;)   )

carry on!

those of us over 60 are old enough to know what was voted for in the 70s when we joined the COMMON MARKET  I do not recall giving my vote to join a united rurope ther does happen to be a difference on what we entered and what it is today , a truly united Europe is a pipe dream never to be accomplished for very basic reasons , that being every one of the 28 members all rely on growth however one members growth almost certainly means another members shrinkage  ,

Why shouldn't they vote? Due to being elderly, they will know more about the changes the EU has foisted upon us and they're entitled to decide for themselves what sort of future would be best for their younger relatives.

your forgetting rick the main reason the powers that be are aimong at the younger voters is becouse they are easier to con  , the younger voter has not yet leant how much the powers that be lie and cojole them into believing all there spin and hype

Let's throw something else in the mix, vis-a-vis elderly people voting:

A lot of elderly people will have fought, contributed to the war effort or defended the country in WWII to prevent us being overrun by the Axis' forces, led by Nazi Germany. Based on that then I would argue that they have more right and reason than most to vote to stop the Germans attempting to conquer Europe, once more.

I agree, elfman.

Pro's and con's, its all sounding like jibba jabba.

One thing I know for sure, I owe my granddad and his mates a huge debt which I have no way of paying back.

I also believe its our only chance to leave our kids a legacy of home rule and a safer future with more job prospects.

I honestly cannot understand anyone that can vote "IN" and turn there backs on what there grandparents fought for.

Your eric's wont stop until they rule the world, its in there dna.

Do the right thing and vote out.

I'll get me coat.

I'm neither in nor out at the moment.

I do personally feel though, that my grandparents fought the last world war to free all of Europe from tyrants and give all people the freedom to do as they please.

I think originally it was an excellent idea and helped to create peace but the rules have changed and other countries are taking the piss.

Germany is now an amazing country which was built up with OUR money and continues to take it. France have been arseholes for centuries.

We aren't a great country because of our involvement in Europe, we are a great country because we work hard for it.

I'm definately still undecided but my main concerns if we leave are,

If I wanted to travel across Europe, will I need a visa? And would I need a visa for each country I visit?

Would we lean towards America to try to come up with trade deals? I would much prefer to go back to dealing with the commonwealth and maybe try our luck with Russia, China and Africa.

Will all the nurses, cleaners and factory/warehouse workers return home and leave us with no workforce to run the country? I can't see the Jeremy Kyle watchers getting off their arses and into work.

My grandad and his mates didn't think to ask about visa's.

If we leave (please god) I don't think trading will change with Europe. Why would it ?

My mum came from a village near Avellino in southern Italy. In the early 50's ,the British government went to these small villages and recruited young girls to come over to the UK.

She worked her way down from Scotland and worked as a cleaner in Broomfield hospital for about 5 years.

She married and moved to Barking and continued to work in factories and as a cleaner in a school until she retired. That's roughly 45 years with time off only to give birth to my and my brother. She was paid a very low wage but it never occurred to her to go back to live in Italy.

A similar story with my father in-law. He came from Lagos and worked here as a boilerman in a hospital.

I personally don't think it should be about us now. I don't think there's going to be any immediate change that will affect our lives apart from border security.

I think we will see benefits 5 years down the line.

I think unemployment will go down and Younger people will have the opportunity to use their training and qualifications to carve out proper careers instead of being kicked in the crown jewels, every time they apply for a mickey mouse job that someone else gets offered because of that persons responsibility's in a far of land.

This goes for your lying, cheating, overpaid, send your money abroad, football players. Unless they play for the irons.

Mind you, the irons aint what they used to be. Changing ground, changing the badge. Bastard liberty !
